Charles Smith home in Colorado
Main Feature
This web site is dedicated to the memory of Elizabeth Smith, known to many of her descendants as Grandma Grimshaw. Elizabeth was born on 8 June 1910 in LaFayette, Colorado and died on 18 December 1986 at her home in Enoch, Utah. We know that Grandma was always interested in her heritage, although at the time of her death information about that heritage was difficult to gather. Today (May 2008) Family History research is much simpler and quicker. This site currently contains over 4000 relatives (ancestors of Elizabeth Smith and the descendants of those ancestors). There are two more trees (the Koop and Heald lines) that will be posted over the next few weeks. We know that Grandma was (and is) proud of this heritage, and we hope that she will be pleased with the efforts of the family to gather, publish, and remember her and her heritage.
